OUR POLICIES
Our Dietary Supplements and Peptides are ordered specifically per patient and therefore cannot be refunded, cancelled or returned. Once your order has been placed, the order is final. The Dr. Shot has a ‘No Refund Policy’. All HomeKit Products are non-refundable.

We do not accept Returned Products.

At the time of purchase, Customer agrees to the Consent Agreement listed on each product page, additionally signed with completed Patient Form.

*In the event of a rare reaction to a Dietary Supplement Intramuscular Injection, please consult with your primary care physician. In these rare instances, we do not refund products that have left our facility and/or package has been opened in the patients home. Please review all ingredients and product labels prior to purchasing, including the consent form you have signed.
